Where can I get a discount?

There are two options, once you place your order you can send us an email with your Tax exemption certificate or your VAT number, and we'll refund the tax back to the original payment method, or we can send you a digital invoice minus the tax. 

For us to send you a digital invoice, you'd need to create a purchase order. You'll need to tell us what you'd like to purchase and how many, your name, and shipping details. We'll then send you an invoice with bank details where you can pay via international bank transfer or credit card via PayPal :)

Tax exempt 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the deck within 12 months of purchase, provided the deck is in good condition and there are no cards missing.

You can begin the return process from your order tracking link or by emailing us at support@pipdecks.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds (if applicable) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pipdecks.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pipdecks.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

What is your refund policy?

You can get it on our Tracking portal [link], or by clicking on the button "Track and Manage my order" below. You'll just have to provide the email used to make that order ✨

Or you can access your order tracking through an order tracking number that was sent in your order confirmation email.
