Navigating Customs Charges and Delivery ExpectationsUpdated 3 months ago

🌍 If you're placing an order within the US, UK or EU, you should not receive any customs charges. 

If you are ordering outside of these zones, such as in Australia, any customs charges should be minimal or non-existent as we only declare the cost price of the physical deck, not the full retail price of everything, including The Vault and Digital Cards. However, unfortunately we cannot refund those charges.

We know how important timely delivery is. Customs procedures can be pretty variable, so we can't guarantee specific delivery timelines. We will do everything we can to get your deck(s) to you as quickly as possible!
