Returns and Conditions

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • You are eligible to return a physical product within 12 months of your purchase if you are not satisfied with your order.
    • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be returned in the original packaging.

  2. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • You should start the return process by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via your order tracking link.

  3. Return Instructions:

    • Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
    • Instructions for shipping the returned item will be provided once your return request is processed. This will include the return address and any specific shipping guidelines.

  4. Product Condition:

    • Returned items must be in new condition and unopened. Opened or used items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
