VAT/Tax Exemption: Your Options and How to ProceedUpdated 3 months ago

There are two ways to make a tax/VAT-exempt purchase from Pip Decks. 

1. Refund after order (if you have a tax exemption certificate)
Simply place your order on the website, then email [email protected] with your order details and tax certificate attached. We'll promptly refund you the cost of the tax to your original payment method.

2. Order by email (digital invoice)
Create a purchase order by emailing [email protected] including:

• The name of the items you wish to order, and how many of each item
• Your name and shipping information
• A request for an invoice that excludes the tax amount (don't worry, we'll work out how much the tax would be!)

Once we receive your request, we'll promptly send you an invoice, complete with bank details. You can make payment through international bank transfer or via credit card using PayPal.
